error when i join a match

i have the next problem: when im ready to play in a match, my character appear "out" of the map, or sometime i appear "flying" on the map, with a huge black crosshair. sometimes i appear using an XM-1014 or using a knife... and the only one thing i can do is exit the match and try to join in another... and that gives me a penalty...
why this happens? i know my computer is kinda "Noob", but when i started to play Crossfire, the game ran perfect, but before a patch, i started to get this error... help me , now i get this error very often !
(sorry if my english is not perfect, im from Chile and im learning english)

wow, it looks like u have a massive lag with lots of bugs o.O
but no idea how to help u, try gamebooster
