I need some help after I play one map and i want to play the 2nd after the map is loaded it says : Send eror report

How to fix it ?

I have replied to this many of times.What I think the problem is some graphics card cant handle the effects so try the loest bit rate in the options menu,turn advanced effects off,and weather effects,Then try it Let me no if this works
