There are some issues with the replay system.
Probably fixed in the next patch. Also, it might help to be in the same server and possibly channel as where you played the match.

Send it in as a regular report.
Expect a long waiting period however, since I assume staff haven't been able to review replays since MM patch either.

its with his name the problem is the " * " that little star symbol for some reason it wont save the replay

and at this time there is no way to get it back just remeber when u save the replay dont use the * symbol or it wont save

no ... we were scriming ... i clicked "save" > OK ...( i didn't change name) ...then i opened the folder "replay" ... there is nothing =.=
