Fps problem!

I have 3GB RAM, 320GB HDD, 2.0 GHZ, and a default 8 MB video card. I had 1.86-87 GHZ and I had 9-12 FPS now I put 2.0GHZ and its from 20.0 to 49.0.
What can I do? buy a 2.7GHZ CARD? or what can I do?

U mean a 2.7Ghz fast CPU (Processor (?!) ).
Sure it will help , but i think u should just save a lil' money and buy a new PC .
Buying new stuff isn't the best way , an old configuration wont be a new cofig , even if u buy an I7 .

Try deleting your kill marks too. It helps.
