Your statement highlighted above shows that you're probably a noob. The Scar Light has nothing special about it ? Seriously ? Have you tried other weapons ?

Make some tests for me please. First, use a dynamic crosshair (I personally use the simple cross), so that you can see when your accuracy is screwed by your movements or shooting.
Then take your Scar Light and move, run forward, backward, jump, do some side-steps, strafe, shoot in burst and full auto, make some combination, and don't forget all the while, to look at your crosshair and how much it spreads.
Now do the same with any other regular weapon, M4A1, K2, AK47 (ha ha !), Steyr Aug, etc.

The difference between the Scar Light and the other weapons, in terms of accuracy, recoil and spray pattern, shall make you understand why the Scar Light is called Skill light.
You can add to that the damage it does, I don't have the numbers, but it's probably better than most of the other weapon out there for that stat too.

Of course if you're a complete noob, the Scar Light won't aim at your stead, but if you know how to play a little, it's just too easy.
