Very weird problem

My "D" key doesn't work when selected for "Strafe right" or anything else, but it works in in-game chat. I tried reinstalling the game and i tried different keyboards but nothin' changed. Did anybody else had this problem or does anybody know the solution?????

going on topic, hmm try putting your keyboard in ENglish, edit the controls in lobby and save it.
