In clan glitch

I went to this noob clan for fun then i left but when i left it says i left in page but not in game it says im still in that clan? and wont let me join any1's elses how do i fix this?

Try go back to the noob clan your in before and try see is your name still in there.

this happen to me some thing when I left a clan and after the clan page is updated I'm still in the same clan.
