Ping Spikes..

Alright, so for the last couple of days, my ping has been absurdly high. Usually it hovers around 55-58, but now its in excess of 500 at some times. I live in the US, north carolina, and i've tried every server, its always the same. I've reset my modem, gamebooster, etc, and nothing helps this problem. Occasionally, when i start the game, the first match i play my ping will be normal, but then the second i join another one, i lag like crazy and my ping shoots up and keeps going anywhere from 180-750. So does anyone know how i can fix this? is it like a server issue, or what?

Here what Saidin was talkin to some of us bout.
He said that the Servers are more full then they thought they even would be, so with the extra traffic amount this is effecting ping, and they are hoping on some more bandwith soon.
