i don't think they really care ,, sorry but they don't

Agreed they just done a new patch,
im guessing theres a few admins as the mods keep the game running
alot of work though keeping a game up and long hours
there human beings at the end of the day
windows 7 sucks & we have to pay the price
but to be honest it isnt their fault they added a 32bit and 64 bit
so we could playy

i got a idea what my mate did
take blood bullet trail etc all of
put resolution 800 x 600 and quality LOW

sucks but is playable

Windows 7 is actually a great operating system. Those ads about it booting up in 30 seconds are completely true.

Maybe you could try more RAM, I know you have more then minimum, but RAM always helps, I have 8 GBs of it and another 1GB in my 260M dual graphics cards.

I also agree with the statement that Mods aand GMs don't really care. All they care about is the pay check they get at the end of the week.

Not really ideal, but CF doesn't really want to have good performance on Vista or 7. I get no difference from other games on my computer whether its XP or Vista, but with CF it makes a massive difference.

There is no point to insulting other users.

Your using a previous gen integrated graphics card on a notebook.

A few things to check. Make sure your running nothing in the background. Gamebooster as was suggested can help with the computer config.

Also, make sure your laptop is plugged in and not running off the battery. Integrated cards tend to take up more wattage.

Your card runs in the lower end of the spectrum as far as benchmarks are concerned. Have you tried to benchmark your own setup? How does your card perform with other games?

I understand that CF is not the most graphically intense game, however a properly configured pc is still important to getting the most out of even an older game.


As for solving the problem. Data collection is not an instantaneous process. There's thousands of people playing the game right now that have not bothered to report problems because they have none. That leads us to believe that there are more specific problems with the setup of the computers for the people that are having problems. Rather than some sort of failure of the game.

Having said that we do realize that there is a problem with the smoke and voodoo grenades and that underpowered machines might have a problem rendering those effects. And that is currently what we are looking in to.

I get like 120 fps in a full room with a 5870...That's pretty bad for a game like this.
