'insert' does nothin for me

i need all the fps i need on my old pc ...
even if i push insert twice the names and teamm8 names ar still comin tru bombsides any help please

Hm, I'll try to understand this best I can, but your confusing me. FPS and seeing people's name have nothing much to do with eachother, Pushing Insert is to see people's names and how far they are, this is availible in three options, 1st not seeing their names, second seeing their names, third, seeing their names and the number of how far away they are. I got no clue what you mean with the fps. Sorry.
