Paysafecard doesnt work

Dear Z8games,
yesterday i boaught a paysafecard and i wanted to buy zp. but yesterday
i couldn´t buy a paysafecard because it doesnt loadet the site from paysafecard.
but at 11.pm i could bought a paysafecard. so but the site says that i have not enough money but i bought a
10€ paysafecard ( iam from germany). it said that i have 3€.
WTF?
i had 10€ and wanted to buy 10000 zp.
can u help me pls?
its very important.

it said you have 3€? that is the amount which is left after buying 10K ZP.
maybe someone has your paysafecard code?

3€ sind dann übrig wenn du dir schon mal 10K Zp mit dieser paysafecard gekauft hast.
vielleicht hat ja jemand deinen paysafecard code und hat ihn selber benutzt?

nein die war ja neu
un gestern ging gar nix mit paysafecard
meine freunde haben es sogar vesucht
un als ich es geschafft habe hab ich kein zp bekommen!!
so dann hab ich es nochmals versuch und habe nur 3€bekommen


the paysafecard was new and my friends do it too, but it doesnt work with the paysafecard.
then it was ok and i could be bought paysafecard but i have no zp.
then i have 3€

Guys I have the exactly same problem!! last night I bought a paysafecard and I entered it, but during the transaction a problem occurred and I didn't get any zp (the 10000 I ordered). although z8 took the money out of the paysafecard...please help?
