I get d.c in westcoast every game!

-I play in west coast to have a better ping because i live in newzealand, but i get d.c every game and it turns off the whole internet to my computer, then i have to restart my computer just to get the internet to work again.

i cant play in other servers because my pings near 300 and most my shots dont register.
i dont know why this happens.
