Hello, I tried to buy points ZP for the first time, but the following message appears: "Transaction could not be initiated due to connection problems. If the problem persists, please contact our Support." I live in Portugal does have something to do, thank you await help, wanted to spend some U.S. dollars ) thanks

i got the same issue and i live in the US and when i went to the mall it showed that i DID have the purchase and the error was a false error.
