First of all I know people will say this stuff is obvious, but to noobs it may not be.

By far, Mozilla Firefox seems to be the most successful browser regarding payments coming through, download and install that. Then turn off the ad/pop-up blocker (obvious if you're visiting an advert) and have cookies from third-party sources enabled. Input information (and if more windows pop-up, wait for them to completely load before closing them) check e-mails for registration confirmation messages, and leave it 30mins - a day for the payment to come through.

I can't guarantee this'll work, but it has for the last two surveys I had competed (Gordon Ramsey dinner one yesterday, Wolfman Facebook trailer about an hour ago)
