Ranking systems update?

Heyy, I wasn't sure which forum to post this in, but..
When do the ranking systems update? I recently got to the sergeant rank(1) on this account ( rank 6,) and to buy ZP it says you must reach rank 6 in crossfire, which is Sergeant 1. I know the web-site and the game take a little while to accommodate with the ranks, but I didn't know it'd be over an hour.
