Can one Change login ID?

I really want to change my login ID, any possibility? or if not How can i change my secret question? Because i do not remember my current answer to the secret question?
Any help would be much appreciated.

It can take a while for them to answer a support ticket... It says that they have a lot of support tickets now, so yeah it might take a while
