Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error

I found my error that keeps kicking me offline on every 2nd match i play on cross fire!

the only way to fix that error is to reboot my whole latop and start fresh -.-

is there any other way to fix it?

and made my laptop freeze >.<
