crossfire turns black and i c half my desktop

hey i have a problem and it prevents me from getting my crates every once and a while i will join a room to play when the person starts the game instead of it going to the loading screen it will turn black then crossfire will get minimized into this medium black box and i can see half my screen while the black box is still there when i try to go back into crossfire by clicking the tab on ma desktop it will not let me in so i always have to close crossfire then restart game and hope that the next room i try to join i wont have to go through it again but no luck every couple of matches it always happens and its annoying idk why umm i uninstalled and installed and it still does the same thing idk what else there is plzzz help thank u
