Where is my Bug report about AVM in Mutation Mod.

Yesterday, I had created a thread about a bug in mutation mod titled "Interesting bug i mutation mod".
I can not find it now. It seems a moderator deleted it?

If Bug Report has a separate procedure, what is it? ( Actually I couldn't find any releated area).
