Alaska map problem.... plz help

umm like this happen to me often and i usually dont mind but now when i clan war it really annoying.

here the problem when i join a alaska map all the weapon and nade on the ground disapper in my screen, it dont for other people cause i saw them picking up weapon.. then after 5 sec it say error player info something and then kick me out of the room....
it happen very often. i dont mind before until i start clan waring and when it kick me out i cant join the room again cause u know it clan war. it really annoying can any one help..
