Technically when you make an account, you're agreeing to their terms and rules. This means that you are aware of all the dos and don'ts and are respoinsible for your actions with your account.

That being said, yes, you can be banned, regardless if you're a buyer of not. You'll have a hard time getting your money back when I'm pretty sure you check off a box say "You understand the Terms and Regulations" of this site.

Nope you don't get banned for buying ZP... lawl.

But, you can get banned for:

1. Hacking
2. Exploiting Bugs & Glitches(3 day bans, depends)
3. Insulting Other Players
4. Inappropriate In Game Names

EDIT: NVM About #4, I just remembered that GM's will randomly change your IGN if it's inappropriate.

Its not a ha.ck or anything and I dont think of it as a glitch. You know mutant mode are you allow to help the person stay alive or are you not allow to, and this guy threathened me that he will ban me for that reason. If you aren't allow to do that I'll will stop.

Ok my idea on this from a business owner point of view is. Ban the ZP buyer's account, then they will start a new account and spend more money. Cause Ban of NOOB accounts really does nothing they just start another new account. If you buy ZP then hack you are really DUMB!

My point is the company already got their cash why not ban the account?

All I have to say is, Good luck. If you pay for things on this game. It doesnt give you the right not get get banned. You violate the TOS for the game and guess what BANNED. So yes to answer your question you will still get banned even if you buy ZP.

If you hack, and if you ARE a ZP buyer - Then you will get banned, no exceptions.

May not seem that way, but it takes some time to ban someone.
