No GP ranking up using Tutorial

ok look guys i was playing and i needed 400 EXP to rank the next level (from happy face to 1 Line ) i did the tutorial it say i ranked up i did the tutorial i go to storage and this happens :


so wheres my money? can the developers or mods fix this bug?where can i send an MP in this case , will i get my GP anyday?

Can any1 say me i this bug its fix-able? please i need those 10K im saving Gp to waste on Black Market or buy RPK in the future

dude i had that same error and isn´t a different acc look the name of the ScreenShot account its my account and what if its the same error it happened !
