"Already logged in..." ERROR

Ok, every time I log on it says I am already logged in, would I like to log in again? And if I do say yes and try to go to a server it just says "unknown error" and DCs. Well, I only use one computer and NO ONE else has my account info except my brother and he only plays on this computer as well. Every once in a while this error doesn't occur, but I did not spend money to not have access to my account like this! What is going on here lately? Have they become completely incompetent at making this game work or what?
