Using a xbox 360 controller

I noticed that my xbox360 controller can be used on other games and on the desktop however as soon as i start up crossfire the controller is no longer working...
is there something i could do about this (download a program change settings etc.)or is it a z8games problem. What can i do? If u no anything about this please reply.

i dont think controllers work with crossfire. its not coded to use controllers
and besides you wont be ble to move fast enough with a controller so you will fail epically
