What's with those smiley giggly raising hand thingy ?
It's something what is part of me.

As most of the OT-forumers knows already.
I've explained it quite many times. I express myself and my feelings with my smileys.
Just as major amount of other peoples uses "lol", "rofl" or any other expressive shortening.
I use *Giggles*, because those who have heard me laughing, can say that I giggle for real. *Giggles* is my "lol" as I don't use that shortening -thingie.
