Send Error Report

When I try to login on CF (after do the HGW) my CF is shutted down and appear's a dialog box saying Send Error Report? -OK -Cancel. Sometimes i choose ok other times e choose cancel but im still cant playing and I dont know why... Can someone help me? Anyone of you have the same problem? How I solve it?
