Well a "traineeship" is mainly an Australian term. A traineeship is a like a graduate-certificate course near the end of school and it's just a company that hires a couple of selected school students which get training for the first for week's them we have to come up with our own designs for iPhone and Android Mobile app's.

That completely explain's my job and what a traineeship is.
