After a few beers they are usually gone.
Then it's all like:
Me: Hmmm Beer?
Me: Yes beer
Me: More beer?

From what i know he's homeless anyway. And he's happy to stay even for a while.
I don't pay him much. But i don't ask for a high rent either.
So we are kinda even.

Actually i'm going to bed. I'll send him there right away. I'm sure he'd be able to do 2 jobs for now.
