Low FPS (Frames Per Second)

Well i have low fps, it jumps from 15fps to like 50fps every 10 seconds this is the computer im using : http://www.gateway.com/systems/product/529668308.php
I tryed game booster.I dont have nothing on when playing can anyone help?

get a brand new computer
my comp is like 2 years old and the fps i get is around 80-190

It's not a computer made for gaming. For one, it's a laptop which are generally not aimed at gamers as they overheat fast. Two, it's got a bad video card, so it cannot render the game without stress. Sorry.
