question about mutation

ok ive played it its friggin awesome yes i love it but do the kills and deaths not count towards ur stats cause when i press the X to exit it says my exp and gp gained but no kills or deaths?? cause to me it doesnt seem like it does just wondering

MM doesn't affect your K/D because it's really easy to get kills, if it was added towards your k/d it would probably be consider as farming.
