Transfer GP or ZP?

Hey everyone, just curious if I can transfer any of these to another player? My brother made some.. well lets just say DUMB decisions buying and selling guns.. now he doesn't have anything to use, really.. So I wanted to transfer him some money to buy a gun he wants. Let me know if thats possible! Thanks for your help!

me too i had AWM, scar-l, deagle 6-10 times then FINALY got a QBZ (sold it with in 5 minutes) and got a XM8 (soem noob talked me into selling it for a crate) so now im left with a PSG-1
