Key "A" wont move character left

After I reinstalled game after a reinstall of vista in game my A key wont work to move left , although btw in chat works fine when I press "A"

have you checked your ingame settings? make sure that the a key is being used to make yourself go left.
i had the same problem and i just checked the control settings and changed it back to a
