Crossfire crashes

After almost every match I play on crossfire, my game crashes, I'm using vista. Idk if this matters but I'm playing this from a flashdrive and it might be effecting how I play it. and yes I can show u how I put crossfire on a flashdrive.

im haveing same issue i can log in play but after the first game my system locks up it doesit every time im running it under xp pro ive done clean install with new version its really annoying cuase wanna play mutation have fun

Ya I'm getting the same thing. I tried reinstalling it. I had a problem with vista (no surprise there) so i formatted and reinstalled everything. It's worst then ever.

I've also tried downloading the client elsewhere then the official download but no improvement.

Before someone says to try to put it windows xp compatible or execute in admin mode, update drivers I've tried all already. And 2 weeks ago i never had any problems...

Plz help

I have found a fix. Uninstall your current CF. Download free Eusing registry cleaner. Delete everything related to CF, registry will clean out what's left over from the installation. Then, redownload CF back. But don't put it in same directory. Put it some where else, it will usually recommend going in "program files" - "z8games", but put it as C:\Crossfire. Patch, run the game, hopefully you won't crash any more!

for me it does not work.
