Red Smoke, Not working?

Hey guys I dont know if this is happening to anyone else but I bought the red smoke, put it in one of my bags I go ingame to use it and its not there all i have in my bag is flash and nade not smoke, but when i go out of game it shows its there. Anyone else having this issue?

Not sure if it's bugged or not.
Try putting it in another bag and try again.
Also different location in the bag. If you have them in this order now: Normal nade Flash Red smoke. Try it like this. Red smoke. Normal nade Flash.

I have no idea if it would actually help. But worth trying.

I've seen several Red Smoke granades in game. so I don't know what might be the problem.

the smoke should be in the first place
i know u got that thing to carry 3 accesories... well
in S&D/GM/ELI maps they work, in the TDM they don't
if u wanna use ur red smoke in a tdm, put it first

Another thing, make sure the extra grenade slot is activated? And not just sitting in Storage like I did a couple of times..
