Opening CF plz help

just now i try to open cf but a erro pop out saying "fail to download verison.ini"
what does that mean?

im getting the same error :S

It mean's "Time to uninstall" or Read the CLEAR englis text that says "PATCH TODAY" But hey reading is to hard
just uninstall
