why does it take so long

ok, so when i first downloaded this game, it said that it would take like 30-40 mins. when my computer got fried, we took it in and they cleaned it out, making it faster and making more room by deleting unnecessary files. now, when i try and download it, its 2 hours 30 mins. it sucks cuz i can only be on the computer for 2 hours!!! ahhhhhhh any suggestions on how to make it dl faster?

2 questions,

1. Is it taking 2 hours to download the setup file or 2 hours to download and install on ur PC.
2. Is it your ISP (internet service provider) that could be the problem? or is it just your comp.
3. Are you capped? (exceeding download limit)
