Start up problems

i hav not bin able 2 log in since feb 4th 2010 and all because it says when i click on the crossfire icon that "this application has failed to start because MSVBVM60.DLL was not foung."... witff does that mean?... any ideas ppl? it would mean alot if someone could help me out
