Shooting Sound Won't Work! HELP!!!

When I played crossfire and try to shoot with any gun it doesn't even make any noise.
All the sound in the option is fully up (100) but for some reason it doesn't make that shooting noise.
I hear other people shooting sounds but not mine!
Can anyone help me please?
