Paypal problem

Hello guys, I've recently tried to use paypal to get zp but when i press the quantity ittakes me to a page that says paypal preparing and doesn't move from there. I have google chrome as browser and use Windows7. I've left it several hours on that page and nothing happened.

try using IE or FF i just tested on ff and works fine
