What exactly are the 'Coupons' that can be won from the black market for and how do we use them?

They areinside the crates wich can be won. After you won 15 you can exchange it for weapons (Perm and temp). The more you get the better weapons you get.

If you go ingame there is a walktrough for the black market. I think its explained there to.

How do we check the amount of credits we currently have and which weapons are up for grabs?

Go to Blackmarket. At that screen go to owned crates next to purchase. at the bottom of the screen it says excange coupons.
