NO free crates yet

Hello there,
Since 7th sep i am playing cf for more than 2 hours and today is 11th sep i havnt received any free crate wth is going on is something wrong on my side please help

what firewall do you have it says cause certain firewalls may block the information to they're server so they cant help but if you PM a GM they can help or you can submit a support ticket

Thx for your reply i use windows firewall i am not using any other firewall

Your best bet would be to try and pm a GM preferably Saidin or FallenAngel.

Ya thats me, I've been tryin to play for 2 1/2 hrs most of the time but its hard because my system is slow so playin 2 hrs is like playin 4 hrs. so if you can HELP ME!

Did you check:
Black Market > Owned Crates > Button "GP Crates"?
Cause I alredy won 10 crates.

Make sure you are playing for a cumulative total of 2 hours.
And yes, make sure you are looking in the GP crates tab and not the ZP ones.

please make sure you are not behind any firewalls or proxies to make sure our system can see exactly how long you play for. Also being in the lobby only is not enough.

does router makes any difference coz i am using a router and i am checking that gp crates as well is there any port number assigned for cf so i can forward port to that.

IDK if the problem is of we, i have been play for more than 2 hours all days... today i dont play... i know, but yesterday i play more than 2 hours and i dont have any zp crate... and its not my problem( i think) because the game recaive to me all of anouther gp crate...
i have try send PM to FallenAngel, but i cant do it i dont know why....

Yes.. Didnt came to me too any zp crates. I played more than 2 hours per day at this weekends.. I sent Pm to fallenangel but he doenst answer to my question..

For you to send PMs you have to go to your account CP and change the options so you can send PMs. I didn't recieve ZP crates last days but I'm not complaining , I play for fun.

i have played on saturday for more than 8 hours crossfire,this is without my time in lobby,i mean PLaYING,on sunday more than 5 hours of play and no zp crates ....aaaa,and on friday i played like 4 hours also and no gp crates ,although the good part is that i received my gp crates on monday tuesday ,wendsday,and thursday!
This is cr.. man, with the firewall and other explainings,no good......it just they seemed to lie ,and they are putting if u have problems just PM to fallenangel ,have sent pm before but now they are replying that i have pm deactivated and i need to activate it to send ...although before i could send the pm with no problems at all.

Friday nothing happend i played 3 hours though

on Saturday-Sunday i played like 3-4 Hours

edit: And totally agree with carusel we deserve something. Or lot of people going to leave.

6 gp crates left and 3 zp crates...

I didnt get my 6 gp crates for thursday friday
and didnt get right now my 3 zp crates from saturday !
And i played more than 2 hrs much more....
Hope Fallen angel u would help me .... im a lil bit unhappy about that.....

but they need to correct that bug, in the event in all days i play also zp crates i dont have(3) anouther i dont play time for it, and the gp crates i gain(12) no one come to my black market at time... that is not normal, i think that event have a litle bit desorganization

I am playing cf for 2 hours too and there is no sighn of crates sometimes i even play 5 hours but there is nothing.

All crates have been delivered to their eligible winners.
