is the resent bundle bogus?

I purchased the reset bundle BP for wins/losses and Kill/death, but everything still the same, is it bogus?. Plus no one is replying to my messages and complains in the support form, I purchased the reset bundle and here in the logs.

Click "My iteams"in mall, Some iteam's do require activation chich this is 1 of the iteams

I do belive you need to go to My Items and activate it.
