I just made my clan bout 10 mins ago so far i got 1 mem request and i cant accept it it transfers me to member management when i click it can some1 please tell me how to fix this problem?

Tryed google chrome/internet explorer still fail Q_Q and i got the request i mean i see it it says 1 member request
