Windows 7 32 bit Full screen not working!

can someone help me please i cant play my games in full screen so i posted a reply
My card
AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200nm
ATI Display adapter (0x9712)
DAC:Interal DAC 400mhz
Screen:1366x768 60hz

Help ME!
P.S i tried 1024x768 still not working!

Lol, I have the same problem with Windows 7 32 bit but i can use 1024x768 but still not full screen i wanted to use 1380x.. thingy but it say its not supported ,but whatever i still play in a small screeen.
