How to change my account e-mail!!!

I forgot my old e-mail, so i changed the new account email, but it didnt send the mail to my mail box, so now i want to change another email, but its said "Sorry you have a pending request for email address change(EC:1009001)." so.. know what i have to do to change my account email ?
