i NEED big time help

ok i did a name change and my current name says it dont exsist if i look it up...but if i look up old name its there but not updated at all for kills and stuff...AND it says im not in a clan on the website but says im in one in the game play...i cant leave the current clan im in...cant b kicked...and it says im not on the clan list in the clan panel area were u see list of members...is there anyway to fix this...the clan im in is inactive and i want to tryout for a better clan and cant cuz this...plz help much appreciated
