Is this normal ?

Hey i wounder me because that i have a Thomson in my storage for 6 Days and 7 hours and i dont won this or make what to get it and i think Thomson u can get Permanently or not ! yeah i know that with xmans event ... why i have Thomson for 6 Days and 7 hours ?? and i would say i have 2 other Thomson won Permanently Why i get a other one ?? is this normal or a bug ? plz answhere

Everyone that chose Black List in the Rival Factions event has gotten a 7day Thompson as reward because BL won the mission on Ship.
