Game crash

Why is it that not only do i get the black screen but the game crashes almost every other time now this is by far the worst in fps games that I've played when it comes to the game crashing for no reason. Blackscreens were like every 4th game well now they're like every 8th and I crash every other instead. I use vista same as before except it seems the more you patch it the worse my gaming experience gets and the worse I lag on top of all that but yea. Do I need to reinstall?

It states the MFC application has failed or somethin? I'm about 2 seconds from deletin this game
