VCA imposible

noone can play the VCA's....I use windows movie maker and the video capture stops when CF is activated...I know ciz I wanted a vid to show a problem but it cant record...also cant hit Prt Scrn...I bring up were it shows the image and thers nopthing there....sorry guys.....but your customer suppoert sucks like hell
