Ventrilo help.

This is not a CF issue but i just needed help from somebody in this
community who faced this problem.

So when i open vent i here that wave (dan dana dan) lol
and then i cant hear anything else
like when i change channels and stuff.
correction, i can hear everything very very low.

I tried increasing outbound and inbound
but still nothing.

my clan mates are talking and all i hear is whispering.


EDIT: reinstalling windows is a pain in the ass.
i just reinstalled a couple hours ago and this problem occurred.
